The hotel was near to the Barbican & other areas of interest. The shops were nearby. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The bar,/ breakfast area was nice. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely.

Very underwhelming and poor check in experience

Painful late night checking, very poor communication between staff, attempted to take payment again for a pre paid booking, took 10 minutes at 11pm for the check in staff to concede the booking had already been paid for. Very average room, cheap price but no better than a travel lodge, won’t be coming back

Great service. Lovely rooms.

This is our “Go To” stop when visiting family in Plymouth. Hotel is clean. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Had a slight issue with our room which was sorted without any fuss. Breakfast is plentiful and area was spotless.
