It was close to the shops and had a tunnel under the road to the beach didn't here any noise at the hotel at nighttime three pools to choice from with bars on all of them making it easy for you to get your drinks or snacks

Perfect stay. Hotel in the city at the beach, many different areas there of finding peace, fun, nice food spots in the itime between the main meals, private hotel beach access , great sea with warm water. Very friendly and patient staff speaking: German ( big big thanks to Susanne, taking care of every wish you have), and another languages. Really super food; big variety of starters, main courses in buffet form, fresh and very delicious, The best food we had in hotels. Rooms and hotel very clean. Many guests- families, all generations, nobody disturbing or making noise, friendly and respectful Nice shops around the hotel, city centre easily reached by bus. We want to come back next year for sure, We could relax a lot. A big recommendation for Kaila Beach Hotel!!!

As soon as i walked into this hotel there was a lot of commotion between the staff and some customers, which told me that the staff must have a lot of attitude and when i was about to check into my room the staff was shouting at me and one of them even spat in my face and i was very cross about that, but that wasnt the only thing, when i checked into my room i went into the bathroom and there was human waste still in the toilet and as soon as i saw that i complained to the receptionist and they said just flush it. The facilities here r rubbish no personal space, food was trash and not much variety, worst of all they charged us extra for no apparent reason will definitely will not be recommending this hotel

Ho aspettato molto prima di recensire questa struttura . Permesso che acquisto sempre 5⭐️ innTurchia perché sappiamo che sono 3 del EU tuttavia alcuni aspetti mi hanno deluso . Siamo arrivati di notte 12:30 e avevano avvisato la struttura del nostro arivvo notturno prima tuttavia non abusano trovato in camera niente altro che acqua senza alcun spuntino . La camera a noi offerta il primo giorno era molto rumorosa perche al esterno del balcone c’erano 9 unità esterne del climatizzatore che spingevano verso il balcone un aria caldissima e ovviamente facevano un sacco di rumore . Fortunatamente dopo un po’ di recessione qua e là è averli fatto notare con le foto le condizioni della camera ce lo hanno cambiato con un altra e amiamo trovato anche un cestino di frutta e del vino come scuse . Aspetti pulizia Le hall erano sempre splendenti e pulite direi ,ma la biancheria asciugami non di un bianco ottico come dovrebbe essere in una struttura 5stelle . L’aspetto della biancheria del letto pure lasciava desiderare non di una qualità adatta a 5🌟. Aspetti cibo :Devo riconoscere che i dolci erano favolosi e c’era una ampia scelta che variava dai dolci tradizionali turchi come baklava a torte con diverse daciture tutte buonissime. Il cibo in sé invece oltre a un giorno con agnello e uno con una fettina di manzo che erano buone ma porzioni te dallo staff gli altri giorni tutto pollo e tacchino e abbiamo notato un reciclare il cibo e ritrasformarlo con varie salse in altro . da migliora

Super nice Hotel i Alanya

Dejlig lyst og nyt hotel, med gode pool områder ognemt at komme på stranden. Jeg var meget postiv overrasket over standarden er maden, som er virkelig høj. Lækre tyrkiske og internationale retter, stor salat bar, masser af frugt og dejligt kagebord. Virkelig en god oplevelse. Søde tjenere og gode folk i receptionen.

Best bang for the buck in Alanya

Amazing staff, hotell and location is great. This cannot go wrong, I would recommend everyone to go here!!! Food is fresh and healty, nice drinks, service & perfect acces to the beach with continued all in clusive services on the beach as well!! Will return to this place.

L’architecture moderne de l’hôtel est magnifique. L’hôtel est tellement vaste, agréable, on ne s’y sent pas oppressé. La cuisine était variée, bonne et généreuse, partout des boissons, pâtisseries, et spécialités locales. Le personnel sympathique, la plage juste à côté. J’étais juste déçue par le SPA: prestation non conforme aux descriptions, temps massage raccourci, produits bas gamme, Hammam froid, sans vapeur… Sinon le reste était super

My first visit to Turkey and it was simply amazing. Very nice people work in this hotel. I liked the easy access to the beach and the area. I visited with my partner in October and it wasn't very crowded. Although in the summer there are probably more people, which is normal. The SPA is great and I recommend the hammam. There are 3 outdoor pools and 1 inside. My partner and I stayed only for 6 nights and we didn't have time to use them all, but we are definitely doing that next time. It's very easy to find excursions to different places. The food is very tasty and there is a big choice of all types of meals. There is even a diet section. There are also a few A la Carte restaurants with very good menu. The room is cleaned daily and staff clean all areas regularly. There are lifeguards everywhere. Bottled water available for everyone for free and even staff brings it to you without asking, especially on the beach. For me this is just the perfect place for an All inclusive holiday and it's not too expensive in my opinion.

It's a nice place for a vacation with clean pools and amazing food. The drinks were good as well, and the customer care service was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the beach options were limited, and the sea was quite wavy.

Kaila Beach Hotel er et virkeligt smukt hotel med gode faciliteter. Værelserne var store og flot indrettet. Maden var god og varieret fra dag til dag. Vi var dog uheldige med aircondition på vores værelse, da denne ikke virkede. Vi gjorde personalet opmærksom på dette fra 1.dag, dog ude stor hjælp. Der kom en teknikker og kiggede på den, men gik igen, uden at fixe noget. Vi fik i stedet en blæser, hvilket ikke var helt optimalt, da værelset var stort og blæseren derfor ikke kunne køle hele værelset ned. Vi har henvendt os flere gange til receptionen vdr. dette problem, men der blev aldrig gjort noget ved det. Vi mener også at det er et problem, at størstedelen af personalet slet ikke forstår eller taler engelsk, hvilket gør det meget svært og kompliceret at kommunikere. På 3.dag, havde vi booket massage og tyrkisk hamam. Vi havde aftalt med spa personalet, at vi ønskede ydelserne i private omgivelser, eftersom vi ikke ønsker at gå letpåklædt foran andre mennesker, udover de kvinder som skulle udføre massage på os. Da vi ankom til spaen på det aftalte tidspunkt kunne vores ønsker ikke imødekommes og vi fik af vide, at vi skulle komme tilbage på et senere tidspunkt, hvilket ikke passede med vores tidsplan. Vi bedte derfor om at få vores penge refunderet. En mandlig ansat snærede herefter af os og kommenterede, at dette altså ikke er et “islamisk hotel”, hvilket vi finder meget stødende og upassende. Blufærdighed behøver ikke have tilknytning til religion.
