I stayed here with the kids and they had a great time. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Definitely a great place for a family vacation.

From breakfast to the bar to the pool, everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff were amazing so respectful, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. My kids got to make s’mores in the back and we even had a small BBQ, which made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only downside was one girl bartender and two front desk guys who came off a bit rude maybe they were having a rough week but aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

Breakfast was convenient and made the mornings easy before heading out. The location is perfect—close to snow attractions and local activities, which made our trip stress-free. We had a slight snafu with our room as the jetted tub did not work. But the staff in minutes had us relocate to another room where the tub worked excellent just needs a better plug. Both rooms were very clean spotless. The housekeeping helped us and the overall staff were kind and very helpful. BIG shout to the bar manager at The Lounge, Amy. She was so very nice and helpful and you can tell she really cares about her place of employment. She has pride and a wonderful spirit! The food is all home made and delicious! We had such a great stay and will be back! A hidden gem for sure!
