The breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice during check-in. I did reserve 2 rooms; it would have been nice to get the rooms at least on the same floor. I had one room on the 5th level and another on the 2nd level.

I really enjoy a lighted mirror in the bathroom. A fan in the bathroom is a must and I like that the light in the bathroom is not on a timer like some hotels. The water pressure is great too! The front desk is always friendly! Had to wait a bit upon check in, as no one was around for a few minutes. Parking gets full if you get back late, as the 2 hotels share parking. I just wish there was more parking available. A truck and trailer shouldn't get to use 4 parking spots. I did reserve a 2 queen room and was given a 1 queen room with a couch. Front desk was busy so I didn't have a chance to ask why. I was on a limited time to get my daughter out of the dorm and was bummed she had to sleep on a couch. Other than that, I always prefer this hotel when I'm visiting the area! Food, restaurants, amenities and entertainment and within walking distance or driving if you prefer.

We’re a family of 4 (including 2 young ones) and enjoyed this facility tremendously! There was a spacious dining area for breakfast (included) and dinner (take outs). Check-in process was quick and staff was very professional throughout entire stay. The room had a “homey” feel equipped with a kitchenette. We walked into a bright and clean room presentation and all electronics worked as expected! Every floor had a water refill station and ice machine which was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool very much! Other amenities we used include gym, laundry room, and lobby drink station. Did I mention breakfast is included? There was a new shopping mall across the street, which included quite a few food options. To top it off, there was a Trader Joe’s! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all family and friends!

The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was great, the breakfast was great and the place was quiet. I did not give it five stars because the bathroom fan was automatic and never turned off and the water in the shower shower probably took at least 30 minutes to get warm- which is crazy because the Monterey area is big on saving water.

Clean rooms, have basic necessities like plates, cups, things to prep a meal ( no stove) and big fridge, microwave. great for stay with kids. They especially loved the indoor pool, since we stayed in Jan. Breakfast was also good for travel with kiddos. Located in a lovely new area with great store options like Trader Joe’s, target and others. Restaurants and shopping movie theaters. Tesla superchargers.
