Super nice staff in the hotel and dining room!! Wish Canberra had advertised Thanksgiving meal better and had had more accurate information regarding it!!
Enjoyed it immensely!
Wonderful convenient location in historic hotel. It comes with creaky floorboards and noisy Edwardian plumbing at a premium price but a great experience.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They saw we had four people booked in our room and upgraded us to a larger suite that was available. The room was very clean and the location inside the park was just what we were looking for. Elk walked on the property.
The room is clean and comfortable. Good bed. Note, no tea or coffee making facilities but can be purchased easily from the bar in reception. Shared bathroom facility was fine but not particularly clean (think camping style, but others we went to on the same trip were in better condition). For the price,
Excellent value for money. Apart from the fact that there was no private bathroom (which was clear at time of booking this type of cabin), this was the perfect accommodation. Beautifully maintained site and lovely location
i love staying here. it is right inside yellowstone national park. the restaurant serves three meals every day and the food is fantastic. everyone was so pleasant and the hotel is beautiful. there is no tv in the rooms but the beauty you get to see out of the windows is fantastic. i did not miss having a tv.
Probably the best hotel option within the park. Medium upscale site. Hotel was maybe 8 out of 10. Good dining options. Grounds very well-cared for. Would stay here again.
I didn’t expect much from this hotel. Photos online were a little bland looking but I was surprised. While the decor is dated and the building old it seemed fresh and clean and the staff were lovely, really lovely! Just don’t book a claw foot tub room if you have balance issues.
