Great apartment near main mall.

This apartment was centrally located and sdpacious, as well as modern and com,fortable. Check in was easy, the staff answered the phone promptly and it all ran smoothly. Krakow is a beautiful city, and I felt that this apartment was a perfect base to enjoy the city. The price was also very decent.

Not that good.

The apartment was nice, but the showerdrain was clogged. So the water was running over and into the kitchen. So not much showering those 4 days we were there. 😶 They also had a lot going on in the hallway with the brickwall so there were dust all over the place. Not so good breathing in this stuff. We tried to get in touch with the guy that gave us keys, but he didn't answer. So not a little disappointed there.

Never come back again

I reserved the apartment on April 6th, and asked to change the reservation on the same day. I received a mail which said my change for the reservation to postpone the check-in date had been confirmed and no need to call or contact the apartment. However, before the check-in day, I emailed the apartment for further information and the apartment replied that the reservation will no longer be changed and if I choose to stay for an extra night, I have to pay. So I left the apartment one day earlier and stayed in the other hotel. I wrote a letter to the apartment to ask for the refund for the first night and so far I haven’t got the reply.

Great Getaway

One thing I hadn't realised as part of the booking was that you need to provide an ETA at the apartments. I hadn't realised but rang when we got there and had approx 20 minute wait which was ok as we arrived mid afternoon after a one hour delay on the flight. We stayed in the one bed apartment which was more than adequate for our stay. Infact as there is so much to Kracow to do we barley spent anytime here! Plus for us was the air conditioning as it was in the 30's whilst we were there. Also the little kitchen proved useful for preparing snacks etc. Kracow is so cheap for food and drink there was no need for us to stay in and eat. Would definitely stay here again

Very clean property great location. Slightly frustrating upon arrival that I had to call to get the instructions and only got in as someone else came out of the block otherwise not sure how long I would have waited. Other than that all all good.

Close to main square

For a three day stay. The apartment was adequate. Building look old and tired, but had that communist Poland era look about it, which I liked. The apartment itself was small but modern. Not the best view form the window, but you are literally a ten minute walk from the town centre. And a few minutes away from a massive shopping centre The Galleria. We will return soon!

This apartment is great. Awesome location, just a bit from the old town away from all the noise, and really super close to the train station. Just FYI it is on the 3rd floor. Great apartment with 2 bathrooms, one with tub the other with shower. Oh, and AC in each bedroom. Would stay here again.

En hyggelig og imøtekommende dame som møtte oss etter avtale. Beliggenhet var bra,nærme matbutikk og Galleria kjøpesenter. Det var god plass i leiligheten til en familie på fem. Renhold var litt dårlig. Det var møkkete oppvask,støvdotter og gjenglemt søppel/ting fra tidligere gjester. Oppholdet var bra og byen hadde mye å by på. Kommer garanert tilbake,gjerne til samme leilighet.

Nice apartment near the Old Town

Lovely apartment, walking distance to the old city center. 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, 10 minute walk to the city center. Comfortable bed, new kitchen and shower. A bit small if you really want to stay at the apartment and cook all your meals No real table to enjoy your meals, so I recommend having breakfast/lunch/dinner at the city center.

Etter et serdeles dårlig førsteinntrykk på Quality Systems-Hotel Krakow, bestillte vi en leilighet her. Ingen resepsjon her, så man må ta kontakt med eier av leilighetene (står godt informert i bestillingskvitteringen). Meget trivelig og behjelpelig husvert. Midt i Krakow sentrum og kun 5min gange til gamlebyen. Sengene var litt harde, men ikke så galt at man ikke får sove. Trappeoppgangen bærer preg av slitasje, noe som gir en autentisk følelse av østeuropa. Kunne knapt hvert mer fornøyd!

Really nice apartment. Good location, 10 min walk to Old town, 3 min to railway station and a big shopping mall. Was a little hard to find thou. No signs outside the building, so we needed to call someone who helped us to get in ;) But otherwise everything was perfect for us.

Dette er noe av det verste jeg har opplevd. Leiligheten ligger i en mørk bakgård, i oppgangen var det møkkete og luktet mugg. Leiligheten var grei, men vi bare betalte og dro. Vi booket oss inn på Hotel isteden.

Below average apartment rental.

Although conveniently situated, this hotel seems not run as professional as even other La Gioia rentals I have stayed at (2 others). No one was reachable at check in. The resident neighbors had to assist us in reaching the manager who "talked" us through the steps of getting in. Once in, the space was partially cleaned with cleaning equipment left behind. Vacuum sitting in living room, wet mop sitting in kitchen sink. The mattresses were hard. The heating system difficult to work to the point of just giving up and bundling up with more clothes. We were never able to get the advertised Satellite TV to work despite following the instruction manual in the room. As a parting gift, I burned my cotton shirt using the iron provided which was set at 30% warm not hot. Yes, a cotton shirt. Believe it. Do yourself a favor. Pick another rental apartment.

Disappointing Accommodation/Unusual Management

We arrived early by train - it's an apartment building - no front desk or sign to indicate it's La Gioia. We were lucky the laundry man drove up as we were trying to figure out how you get in, otherwise we would have been at a loss. Also, maid happened to be in the apartment cleaning when laundry man took us upstairs and she gave us the keys. According to La Gioia management, we were to have contacted them regarding our arrival time however, our Expedia confirmation indicated that we didn't need to do anything. Payment was another issue. We were to pay La Gioia directly however, although they contacted me via email regarding a time we could meet and pay our first day there, La Gioia management went ahead and contacted Expedia and obtained my Visa number without my permission. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with me by phone but they had contacted me via email???? Bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Apartment was clean but during our 3 night stay, no maid returned to change towels etc. We ran out of toilet paper and dish soap. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
