La tarjeta de acceso al cuarto falló muchisismo y tuve que ir varias veces a la recepción para que se pueda abrir (lo mismo le pasó a una compañera que se hospedó allí). Fuera de eso, todo bien.

No fue buena la experiencia

El hotel está bien, lo mala experiencia es que me dieron la última habitación del segundo piso, habiendo otras más cercanas a la alberca disponibles estaba llena de zancudos, tenía catsup o algo rojo en las sábanas no tenía agua caliente, le pregunté a la señorita y dice que tienen la orden de llenar el segundo piso primero que no pueden hacer nada y que la limpieza pues es con la del aseo. La alberca cerrada y no pude disfrutarla.
