Our stay ended up being terrible. It started out a couple of hours before check in, we were switched to another unit. We were told that the unit we had rented was being worked on. The unit we moved to was ok, but we had to call about TV set up and remotes. The next morning, we had food on the kitchen table that was full of ants. We lost our food. The next morning, the hot water did not work and within a few minutes the power went out. We were not able to shower. With the combination of events, we felt we should get at least half out money back. We ended up getting 25% back but definitely disappointed in the inconveniences when we wanted to have a relaxing weekend.
