Track your refund

When we process your cancellation, we do our best to ensure that you get any refund owed to you as quickly as possible. We often process your cancellation, but it's up to our travel partners to process your refund. Given the high volume of cancellations due to COVID-19, some refunds have been delayed.

When you can expect your refund depends heavily on what kind of travel product you purchased. We hope that these guidelines will help you to understand when you can expect your refund to show up in your account.

If you cancelled accommodation, a hire car or an activity

It may take up to 48 hours to receive your refund. If the hotel processed the charge, they’ll determine the refund timeline.

If you cancelled a flight

Most refunds are issued within twelve weeks. However, depending on the airline, some refunds may take longer.

If you cancelled a holiday package

The individual parts of your holiday package are processed separately. Package refunds may take longer than normal.
