Yeosu Maritime Cable Car in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do

Manhyujeong Pavilion in Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do

Nestled in a scenic spot where a valley stream flows over rocks beside a waterfall, Manhyujeong Pavilion offers picturesque views. It is one of Andong’s well-known landmarks and has been featured in various Korean variety shows and dramas.

Saebyeol Oreum in Jeju

Saebyeol Oreum, a representative parasitic cone in western Jeju, was named for its solitary presence, like Venus (“saetbyeol”) shining alone in the evening sky. It features five star-shaped peaks that resemble a circular shuriken. While most of the area is covered in grassland, some shrubs grow along its northern slope.

Songpa Naru Park (Seokchonhosu Lake) in Seoul

When cherry blossoms are in full bloom in spring, this lakeside park is filled day and night with visitors enjoying the scenery. Nearby attractions include Lotte World, Lotte Tower, and Hangang Park. Several famous K-pop stars have shared photos taken at Seokchonhosu Lake on social media.

Suwon Hwaseong Fortress in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do

Designated as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site, this architectural landmark highlights its historical significance. It hosts various year-round performances and promotes its cultural value through the Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival held every autumn. In addition to its historical value, the fortress is also notable for its architectural excellence.

Incheon Chinatown in Incheon

Formed after the opening of Incheon Port in 1883 and the designation of Jemulpo as an extraterritorial zone for the Qing Dynasty in 1884, this area features red-decorated alleyways and a unique atmosphere. The neighborhood makes visitors feel as if they’ve stepped into China.

Daegwallyeong Sky Ranch in Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do

Located in the highlands of Daegwallyeong Pass, this ranch offers sweeping views of vast grasslands that are sure to stir the heart. It’s such a scenic spot that even K-pop stars have filmed music videos here, including scenes of sports cars racing across the open fields.
