"This was my fourth vacation to Prague and I never changed this hotel five stars. People at the reception are very friendly and professional. Cleaning rooms is perfect. The best is their excellent breakfast that has great variety of choices and the best quality."

"The buffet was excellent as usual and we thoroughly enjoyed it. BUT.... we stayed for 3 days and they never cleaned our room. We realized it would be ever day or so upon check-in, but ours was never cleaned nor did we receive any fresh towels."

They dont offer free breakfast, parking is $28+ tax a night, $50 incidental a night, roll out bed $20 a night, can leave your car til 10pm ..."
