"The front desk staff was hit or miss - One staff member female was particularly 'ornery' She just could not be bothered. And in fact enve though rooms were ready - we arrived at 11 and check in was 3PM. Was going to have us wait...she 'reluctantly' agreed to do so. Never a smile or a ny type of welcome...we ..."

"Booked and paid for a falls view room. The pictures of the room showed good view of Canadian side of falls. However, the actual room does not have any falls view. When asked, we were told, lower floors have partial view of the falls. Ended up with a view of neighboring hoter slab"
