The room was clean and the staff was great. Hotel has been remodeled in the last couple years and lots of additions have been made like an indoor water park and attractions for children. The rooms are still lacking a little though. There was no microwave, no coffee maker and the shower had warm water..not ...

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, ...

Denver eggs were cold and awful like they were reheated from previous day. Room was excellent. Beds excellent. Quiet. Pool showing age but kids loved it. Lobby chair were awesome but need recovering as split. Staff were nice. Overall would stay again.
