The location is absolutely perfect, love that OB dog beach is only a few steps away! Staff have always been extremely nice and helpful. The only negative is that the mattresses in this room were very firm.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, except the top of the toilet seat itself (not the lid) was dirty at the back. We cleaned it off ourselves because it wasn't worth having a staff member come to the room. The bathroom did not have any hand soap at the sink area, and the heating/AC ...
