The pool was freezing, there were no towels at the pool, the staff was rude, there’s only one working elevator in the entire hotel, only 4 channels came in on the television, the 4 tiny old pillows were not sufficient on a king size bed, half the hotel by the pool area was freezing, someone stole ...

Room wasn’t clean, very hard to feel comfortable there. There was food stuck to the table, floor very dirty , hair’s in the tub. The check in was great , staff very friendly. We ate at the buffet and that was about a 1 .
