On first impression, I was a somewhat disappointed how ever as I settled in, I found the rooms to be comfortable, the amenities very good; the gym is open 24 hrs, and pool area relaxing. The location is excellent and is on the main stretch of Muraqqabat St., and a 10 min walk to Al Ghurair and Reef Malls. I ended up enjoying my stay very much and extending it.

A superb hotel with an excellent dinner and breakfast — this hotel truly deserves all 5 stars. The parking was great, and my superior room was magnificent: huge, spotless, with its own walk-in closet, bathtub, shower, and the most amazing pillows. I have never experienced such soft pillows anywhere before. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite.
Overall, especially for the price I paid for my stay, this hotel pleasantly surprised me. I also enjoyed a wonderful visit to the sauna and swam in the large pool. In the lobby, my friends and I had delicious coffee with desserts.
Most importantly, the hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting all the attractions — feel free to rent a car and go exploring.

Apparently Expedia did not confirm the booking. I sm not sure whose fault it was. However, the hotel staff was noce to let me stay in their lounge for the night.
