I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. There is a personal touch to this boutique hotel.
It is close by to Nanjing Pedestrian street without the hustle and bustle of the shopping street . It is also extremely close to a metro exit (within 2 mins walk) and next to a huge mall. The room is clean and extremely spacious for 1 to 2 people stay. The bathroom is excellent with separate shower and toilet and a bathtub as well. I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again.

I recently stayed at The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai, and had an exceptional experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with every area feeling clean, modern, and welcoming. The hotel’s location is outstanding—close enough to walk to many major tourist attractions, yet set just far enough from the busiest parts of the city to provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, motivated, and genuinely dedicated to providing great service. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable.
Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Bund Center for anyone visiting Shanghai. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.
