Everything was great. Clean, quiet very nice breakfast. One small item. No towel racks in bathroom. If there were towel racks there would be less need to frequently receive fresh towels.

The elevator in this hotel doesn’t work. You have to wait 30 minutes to get into working elevator. At one point in my stay to avoid waiting I had to go up by stairs to the 22 nd floor. The key doesn’t work. The cleaning is terrible and no towels by the pool.

This property is very rundown. The rooms are basic. The staff is friendly, but not helpful. The views from my first room were looking down at the back of the restaurant by the pool and had 10 dead trees garbage dumpsters outside. It was filthy dirty.
