One of the best hotels I stayed at.

This was one of the best stays we've ever had. The service was outstanding, and both the breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent. Rumi and her colleague — whose name I unfortunately can't recall — were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, patient, and great listeners, even though we could only communicate in English and didn't speak the local language. They made us feel completely at home. The rooms were immaculate — our beds were always made up perfectly, and everything was kept to the highest standard. It was truly an exceptional experience in Japan. In fact, we were so spoiled by this hotel that every other stay felt like a step down as we travelled from Tokyo to other cities.

Stayed here before our cruise out of Tokyo. The hotel was excellent, rooms comfortable and walking distance to the cruise terminal. We added the optional buffet breakfast and it was also excellent. We cancelled another hotel and rebooked here for our return after the cruise. Thank you.
