There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day.
We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. Each time the food was excellent and well-presented.
What really stood out for us though was the staff. Each and every one was unfailingly polite, welcoming and helpful, with good English.
We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tokyo next time we come.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed, staff was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful, fresh and tasty. The bus station is located right outside the front door, which made for very convenient connection to the metro.

The Grand Hyatt is the perfect luxury stay in Tokyo. The rooms are beautiful, and the property is centrally located in the vibrant Roppongi neighborhood. Will definitely be back!
