Room service was hit and miss. They sometimes forgot to replenish the towels and coffee/tea. The bar staff were friendly and helpful.

room was clean and the staff were very gracious, but checkout was ridiculously long. We waited over a half an hour while they checked one couple in to the hotel while we were checking out and literally all we needed to do was drop our key and sign the bill. also, one thing you know, Phuket is very crowded. We went on the shoulder season not even high season, but it was very crowded. Lots of traffic.

I did enjoy staying here but just a few things to know if you’re booking with them! A: if you get a Mountain View room, it’s actually on top of a GIGANTIC hill and up a ton of stairs. They do provide golf cart service to get up and down but it’s not super reliable so be willing to exercise! Lol. Also, the AC did not work super well in my room so be aware that it might be hot. Also, this is a jungle type environment so there’s lots of ants everywhere! They didn’t bother me too much but I wouldn’t keep any food in the room. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay and I did enjoy the diving lessons as well. Get to breakfast early if you don’t want it to be packed. Enjoy your trip!

Such a great place to stay beautiful pools .5min walk though jungle to best snorkling beach.then a small walk back up to luxury. Breakfast was awsome. Rooms are very nice ours was pool side so good.good aircon.

Our stay here was lovely. We walked everywhere, 10 minutes from our favourite bay we visited while on Koh Toa (Jansom Bay), and the hotel is right on the beach! My one complaint is that our room was not in the regular hotel complex, it is across the street and was next to an extreamly noisy bar. As someone who is a very light sleeper and not a partier, I found it incredibly difficult to sleep before 12am. I would say if you are sensitive to noise, try to request a room closer to the pool, not overlooking the beach! But other than that, breakfast was good, and room as lovely.
