Beautiful beach,breakfast fresh,room clean always,staff super sweet,polite,respectful,high energy

We had a great time during our stay at Couples Tower Isle. The beach is quiet, the pools are sparkling, and the staff go out of their way to help. The food is by far the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. The only sticking point was our room - partly our fault because we asked if we could have a room with a tub. We were given a room with a standard bath tub, not a jacuzzi tub. The room was small, dated, and unfortunately the people in the room below smoked on their balcony. On our last night we had to change rooms because the ac unit started emitting noxious fumes. The room we were moved to was spacious and much better situated. Take it from us, unless you want a jacuzzi tub, stick to a room with a shower. Note - it’s a two hour drive to the resort from Montego Bay.
