Given the price, you get outstanding customer service, I stayed in a huge bedroom, lots of toiletries, tea, coffee etc, bedding changed and is clean, nothing was too much work for the amazing staff that were super polite and professional. We would like to thank the local council for supporting disabled badge holders. It was an absolute godsend for us as we could park literally around the corner from our hotel free of charge and manage luggage as well as ourselves. Thankyou
