Overall our stay was good. Few little quibbles. Our superior room was nice , clean good extras. But bottom of bathroom door has eroded, wood cracked ,paint come off due to damp. So let it down. Room 428. One of the lifts wasn't working so 2 lifts for 16 floors wasn't ideal. Other issues lack of signs. ...
