Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre by IHG
Spotlessly clean, great location. The price is very reasonable for the comfort and level of attentiveness at the hotel. We ate on site and the food was excellent, we ordered late night room service as well which was prompt and high quality.

Hyatt Regency Birmingham
For a ‘high end’ hotel the selection of in room tea and coffee is very poor and minimal. Still waiting after a week for them to return the £50 deposit - second time this has happened. Won’t stay here again, there are better hotels that do t charge a premium for an average pool and spa.
