The Dagny Boston
Very clean and friendly staff. We LOVED the sweet little man in the hat that greeted us each day and asked if we needed help with our bags! Was a bit noisy throughout the night but was outside noise, street sweepers, honking cars etc. not hotels fault.

Easy to find, great area to stay for a show, late night bar/restaurant across the street-was quiet as a neighbor but we were able to eat & drink after a concert. Premier Suites - Bay Village
Kitchen setup was just a microwave and a mini fridge. The fridge was definitely welcomed. Room was clean, and room itself was in good condition, not perfect, but good for the stay.
