Global Luxury Suites Downtown Boston
Customer service was poor. The pull out bed was broken and the couch was uncomfortable. Requested a bed. Customer service said someone would come by and see it. No one ever came to see it and no bed was brought. The rest of our stay was uncomfortable. I asked for compensation and never received ...
