Its as described. Washrooms are cleaned frequently enough. Rooms arent cleaned as well as hotels (dirty microwave, dusty), but not bad enough not to stay. Clean sheets and towel.

Premier Suites - Bay Village
The rooms cleanliness was not the greatest. The bathroom had someone's hair all over the toilet and floor. The property does not have elevators so carrying luggage was a hassle BUT the maintenance man was so generous enough to help us ladies carry a suitcase up 3 floors. I booked for a queen due ...
