"Nice comfortable hotel with a historical feel. Although some parts of the room is kinda unfinished, it gives the room a historical feel. Amenities are provided and room is pretty clean. I like the 4-poster bed. Location next to the night market, so it's a very convenient hotel to be in. Just make sure room windows are shut tightly to prevent mosquitoes from flying in. Highly recommended. "

"I overnight in this (ELMARK HOTEL MELAKA) for 2 nights. The second night was a nightmare to me. I'm so disappointed due to the electrical door lock spoilt, and i can't acess it. I have to wait more than 12 hours and there is no proper arrangements for me (my belongings are inside my room). The hotel staff told me about the master key with the hotel owner, and he is in another state now. I called the hotel owner, he didn't fix the issue on the spot..He asked me to wait him for another day to open...
