Not only did they move us to a better view, but also provided a bottle of champagne. They also had no problem holding our bags after checking out and waiting g for a red eye flight that night. "

"You can’t beat the location. This my 3rd time in this hotel and this time I was a bit disappointed from the room. It was facing the courtyard above a huge and noisy AC system. When the window was closed there was no problem but if you wanted some fresh air - that was a huge problem."

"Lovely hotel that was undergoing renovation. Room was on the 1st floor but was quiet despite the ongoing renovations. Beautiful and spacious room. Service was first rate: complimentary water and soda was replenished upon request and room was always cleaned by the time we returned. Close to everything! Would stay again in the future to see the result of the renovations."
