Great location and lovely, helpful staff. The bar was a great place to enjoy some delicious cocktails. Only minor gripe was that the cocktails then meant a trip to the toilet, which was down in the basement - a bit sketchy navigating the stairs after enjoying a cocktail too many!

The breakfast is excellent and the staff very helpful. The hotel however is more 4 than 5 stars lacking some of the luxury details and amosphere you normally get on a 5 star hotel.

Lovely hotel & the staff were friendly. Great location. My only negative was the corridor was a bit noisy so I could hear every conversation whilst in my room, so the soundproofing could be better
