"We arrived early and given our room immediately. View from room OK (cheapest). All restaurants and bars excellent. All staff lovely, friendly and professional. The back of the hotel led straight onto a promenade which had assorted people selling their wears but one 'No thank you' was always accepted with good grace and no hassling. The beach seemed to go on forever."

"Incredible boutique hotel. What a gem of hotel. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The daytime receptionist was outstanding: welcoming and noting our departure time said she would organise a packed lunch for us as we would miss breakfast. The night receptionist was very attentive and printed our return boarding tickets within 2 minutes. It was an absolute delight staying here . The hotel was immaculate , the pool was well maintained and clean. The huge room was spotless, very comfortable beds and freshly docorated. The food was delicious, plentiful and well presented. The large double sunbeds and plush seating area were cleaned every day. They obviously have great employees with a focus on customer service . Having previously been at the bigger all inclusives in Agadir I would defintely return to this boutique hotel with personalised service. Highly recommend for a tranquil and bespoke experience. "

"Oh my gosh this hotel did not disappoint! I left the hotel I originally booked as it was run down as hell (Royal Mirage) and was massively impressed when I stayed at Dominium! The most beautiful hotel, very new and the most welcoming and helpful staff. Mubarak was so lovely and really looked after me during my stay - thank you so much!!!! Was only slightly disappointed with the pool as it looked massive in pictures, but quite small in person."

"Had short five night stay here. Overall it was excellent. We were on an all inclusive basis. Our room was a very large king bed room not with a pool view and was overlooking a walkway down to the beach. This was not a problem as there area is generally quiet and for the amount of time we actually spent in the room the extra cost of a pool view was not worth it. The choice of food was excellent. Catering for all tastes and of a high quality in all restaurants. Staff were excellent. Drinks were also excellent with all options on offer including well known brands. Pool area was excellent and immaculate. Pool staff were friendly and helpful. The only two negatives for us were the evening entertainment and our check-in experience. The evening entertainment was not particularly varied and amounted to the RIU activities crew dancing to a variety of themes. The crew themselves were very enthusiastic but a wider variety would be good. Our check-in seemed to takes ages. This I believe was down to a brand new member of staff who clearly had been left to it and was not fully up to speed. Eventually we got to our room and it was not ready. I actually think she’d given us the wrong room as we were unable log into the RIU app under that room. We went for lunch and the room issue had been resolved after a revisit to reception and contact with a competent receptionist. Would not hesitate to return. "
