“Bali, Haven Oct 2011”
What a gem, lovely new hotel with great design features, good location (15mins to walk to the beach + free shuttle service) with abundance of shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that our room was close to the road, so there was a lot of traffic noise - however, not a majour problem, just ask for a pool-facing room, they are further away from the road. I'd def. stay there again.
“Great hotel, although a bit of a walk to the beach.”
Great hotel, rooms comfortable. The beach was a bit of a walk, but that is a minor thing. The chairs included at the beach club was a fantastic part of the deal. If booking, try to get a room in the rear (western) part of the hotel, they were much nicer.
“Highly recommended”
We were very impressed with the hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Staff were very helpful with any request or question we had. Only suggestion would be to provide more sunbeds at the Beach Club as we often found them already all taken when we arrived. Would definitley recommend this hotel. Some nice restaurants within a 10min walk and lots of good shopping nearby. Breakfast was good. Hope to come back one day!
“Loved It”
The Haven was fantastic, modern, extremely clean and the staff were falling over themselves to be helpful. This hotel is not for you if you are looking for traditional Balinese architecture but if you enjoy a slick modern property this is it. While the hotel is not on the beach, the hotel's beach club which is serviced by a shuttle bus for those who do not wish to walk is great. The only downside to the Haven is the lack of sunny spots by the pools, the pools themselves are immaculate.
“Amazing hotel !!”
Stayed there for 4 nights and had the best experience !! The hotel is very new, clean, rooms are quite big, have a big size safe in each of them. Staff is very friendly and breakfast buffet is huge. The only thing, hotel is about 10 min walk from the beach, however it is still in a very good central location. Would definitely stay there again.
“5 star hotel for 3 star price”
The Haven was recommended to us and we would not hesitate to recommend others. All facilities exceeded expectations and while the only negative review I had read was about a lack of lounge beds, we never had any trouble - not that they are in abdundance but with two pools to choose from it was not difficult. And if you do miss out you can walk 10 mins to the beach club and use the lounges at Double Six beach. A clean and modern resort with friendliest staff, many of whom became our freinds during the stay with lots of hugs and well wishes on our departure. The Haven is exactly that - a 'haven' located in a bustling location but with a perfectly located bar you are far enough away from the street to watch it all from very comfy contemporary couches. The security guard even stops the traffic for you each time you leave the hotel and want to cross the road - what service ! We loved it so much we traded three nights in Ubud for another three at The Haven.

the haven was eveything & more i could of asked totally clean friendly love the king beds comfortable plus bathrooms beautiful this is where you will find me ive been going to bail for years & tryed many places i belive the haven has hit the mark :)) i belive its in the best area right in the midd of seminkya & kuta 7 mins walk to beach :))))))))))))))
“Amazing Stay @ Haven!”
Wow, we were not expecting what we received. We booked somewhat reluctantly after reading negative reviews on tripadvisor, but when we arrived, it was totally beyond expectation! The staff was highly professional and friendly, and the room was awesome! The room was a corner 1 br luxury suite, and we found it to be extremely comfortable! The price is very reasonable as well! Book here before anywhere else around Kuta! It's a short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants/shopping.
“Beautiful hotel, had an excellent stay”
I booked this hotel through Expedia at the last minute and it was a fantastic find for the location, friendlieness of staff, hotel quality, pool, food etc etc. I couldn't speak highly enough of the staff and service. The suites pool is just like being in heaven and so peaceful. I did use both pools and found them both great. Our room was always very clean and replenished with toilettries and bottled water. The breakfast was extensive also, and in fact I never had to have lunch as the big breakfast got me through. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks to The Haven staff for a very relaxing stay.
“Naturally Elegant”
The Haven Suites are heavenly and I thoroughly enjoyed the room and the exceptional service. I loved every thing about my experience at the Haven in Bali, and would definitely go back.
