"I stayed at TS Suites Seminyak for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive all the staff were, which made my stay even more pleasant. Since my return flight was at midnight, I originally needed to check out by 2 pm, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check out at 5 pm. This thoughtful gesture gave me plenty of time to relax and prepare without any stress. On the last night, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain, and the power went out for a short time. However, I completely understand this was due to the weather, and it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was above average and very enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, so I was happy with every meal. I also appreciated the clean water provided at the sink for brushing my teeth. It’s a small detail, but it showed the hotel’s care and attention, which made me feel even more comfortable. Overall, compared to the hotel I stayed at in Ubud before, the service here was far more satisfying. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly return. Thank you to the hotel team for making my stay memorable. "

"Stayed at the Oberoi for 5 nights and had an amazing experience here. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the resort, they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The villa style rooms make it feel more private- we had a wonderful room with the patio. The resort is in walking distance to Seminyak square and has a shuttle service to take you there and back on a pre set schedule. Breakfast variety was varied, a la carte options for western/asian tastes provided great options- I can say we tried most items on their menu and were not disappointed! Overall a fantastic and memorable stay at this resort."
