The staff here treated us, and everyone else staying at the resort, like royalty. We were on our honeymoon so we got upgraded to a villa with a private pool and it was by far the coolest villa we've ever stayed in (and we travel quite a bit). The food here was great and there are plenty of activities to do for free on the beach through the resort. The pool was amazing as well. They have a shuttle going into town and back several times/day for free so that was really helpful when wanting to get out. Can't recommend enough!

One of most fabulous stays in Bali! The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. The service is magnificent and the grounds are breathtaking. Upgraded our room upon arrival and we enjoyed every minute of their facility including their luxurious spa!

We had generally a good stay in this resort until an incident took place in the main dining facility, Rempah-Rempah, involving my young daughter. Her toe got cut through by the sliding door as it kept on closing on her as she was walking through it. While the ground staff, drivers were very attentive and accomodating by providing first aid and drove us to the hospital as she was bleeding. It was the Manager on Duty's follow up action that really disappointed us. Despite looking symphatetic, her action said otherwise. She clearly suggested it was not the resort's responsibility for what had happened. The staff in the restaurant even mentioned that the sliding door's censor was less responsive with short people, including children. It's funny how they are not attending to this issue as this resort is categorised as family friendly resort, hence lots of young tourists. It's like an accident waiting to happen, which she disagreed. After what had happened, the least she could do was to offer for the medical bill to be reimbursed as this incident took place in a public place where she was on duty. Instead, she only offered a fruit platter as consolation, what a joke.
