The villas here are quite intimate, and the hotel itself is peaceful and serene. The beach is just a stone's throw away, and there's a mall that's not too far off, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel's restaurants, swimming pools, and service are all top-notch, making for a perfect stay.

This is a absolutely beautiful property with phenomenally stylish and serene villas, lovely grounds, and serving a fantastic breakfast. We did a complementary yoga class one morning of our stay and it was wonderful. The room came with a complementary bottle of wine (a Rose from Bali that was surprisingly pleasing) plus other complementary snacks, drinks, and a well stocked coffee service. The villa was immaculately clean and well designed. The pool in the two bedroom villa was almost long enough to do a serious lap swim workout in. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there is a shuttle every hour. The property is also a 5 minute walk from a large but tasteful shopping area. This was a splurge for our family but absolutely worth the price for the outstanding quality of the villa and the entire experience.

One word to describe our stay in Amarterra: PERFECT. From the check in to the check out everything was amazing. The welcome ceremony and drink are very nice. The room is just amazing: spacious, well decorated, well equipped, private swimming pool is top. Breakfast and dinner are very very good with a lot variety. All the personnel is very kind and at your disposal. The beach access is very easy and the private beach is very convenient. I would definitively recommend and will return to this hotel for my next trip at Bali.

From the moment we walked in at 12 midnight, the service was exemplary. The next morning and every breakfast after, they made sure our dietary restrictions were cared for and went out of the way to look after us. The kitchen staff, and all staff as a matter of fact were so attentive, always saying hello and checking whether we required anything. The property was extremely clean and you could always see staff walking around…we can’t wait to come back again for our 10th anniversary

The Amarterra resort is absolutely beautiful. The private villas are just magical and really create the tropical luxury atmosphere that makes it easy to really relax and feel pampered. The beach is a short walk or a driver will drop you off. Beach lounges, fresh towels and friendly staff to bring you cocktails at the beach. The staff at the resort were so friendy and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing. Local shoopping just up the road or an air conditioned department store if you chose. I cant speak highly enough of the beautiful Amarterra resort and their amazing staff. I loved every minute of my stay.

The reception service is very good. But our room is just one wall against the road outside. You can heard the loud noise of motorcycle every night until 1 am. Due to the open room designed the bathroom is open with just one glass door.I feel I am sleeping on the road openly. I have huge concerns over the water condition in this hotel. I start to vomit after one night after having the happy hour in hotel and fine dine bali night formal dinner. Luckily they have a clinic in hotel and the pretty lady doctor cannot speak English at all! 😭😭luckily the manager come to translate immediately. Thanks to all the help provided afterward. Bali belly makes me really sick in the coming days. The room cleaning team is really annoying. They keep on disturbing you morning and afternoon. I have no idea why they call me twice per day. I hanged the do not disturb sign outside. I am either sleeping or in the swimming pool. And I don’t want to answer the call!! The most ridiculous one is the floating breakfast servants!!! I circled deliver on 9 am. And they call me at 8am!!!?? Just to ask me when you want to have your breakfast! I cannot even sleep late!!! Told them after 9 am again!b You know what ?? they deliver at 8:30 am ! Then why you call me?? Do you have a watch?! The security of this hotel is also a big concern. The main door has no inside locker. Everyone can use a card to open it. And no keys for the house. So you sleep with your bed room door open. 😅😅

The hotel is very buitifull many trees and buitiful plants, water flowing along the walking path. The breakfast was with very fine options served to the table and very nice view to the water infinity pools. The villa itself is spoiling with private pool, jacuzzi two showers and coptable bed. All is clean and very well attended. The team is very welcoming and always with a smile We stayed for 3 enjoyable nights and we highly recomand it.
