"Amazing experience! If I had a question or small issue, the team was there to assist promptly. I am so happy that I chose this suite hotel for my Bali stay. They also treat guests to VIP seating for the kecak performance at the mall major plus! I had so much fun. I took lots of pics and videos of the fabulous suite pool and had to partake in the memorable floating bfast experience. All receptionists Lia, Wanda and one name i forgot (she checked me in at night) were highly professional and...
