Bed highly uncomfortable, house keeping and reception staff very lazy, ocean 360 staff horrible especially dodgy manager, segara grill restaurant had no internet for 8 days and kitchen staff did not want to cook food for buffet breakfast. I hr before 10am the dishes were empty and kitchen staff were standing chatting with one another. TV signal always poor, only two English movie channels available, breakfast...
