The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was due to the hot water. Showers were warm only. All else good except the Bistecca restaurant which was a horrible meal and waist of money

This hotel has seen better times. The location and proximity to the water park is great but it does not compensate the VERY rundown rooms and overall POOR conditions ( windows not opening, dirty carpets, ripped sheets….). The breakfast was great as long as you are ok with guests wearing pj’s.
