The breakfast was fantastic a lot of choice. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially as it was our first time visiting Bristol and we were wondering about the transport parking was fantastic and free which was a bonus. Our room was lovely very spacious. We will be back again.

The room was very large and comes with a coffee pot, fridge and sink. There are no eating plates or utensils but my husband got some from one of the restaurants. The hot tub was nice.

When we reviewed the website and booked the hotel, there was no notice on the website that the Spa and Salon were both closes for renovations. That was the main reason we came. The pool.hours are reduced from previous visits to 10 am to 6pm and 1/2 the pool is roped off and closed due to staff shortage. ...

The place is under construction/renovation at the moment. The A/C in our room didn’t work but the girl on the front desk was helpful and we got to change rooms. Breakfast was acceptable knowing anywhere else in town would have been at least $20/person. It’s right near everything….
