"I stayed here on business in September 2025. I had booked well in advance, so was disappointed that I was given a room on the ground floor. There were a lot of homeless people outside the window, there was a constant hum of the fans and the TV had no sound. I asked to be moved, but the receptionist ..."

"Spacious, well-appointed rooms, nice pools and other facilities, friendly staff. There is a casino here but the place is overall quiet. No loud partiers outside your window. Beautiful landscaping. Really Tuscany-like!"
