He hold my luggage and not let me take, because he said my kid has tore off the toilet curtain. And then when we agreed to settle the bill, when my Grab car is arrive, he talked to the driver in local language then the driver leave immediately. "The staff were so lovely, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was our favourite from the 4 different hotels we stayed in. The bed was huge and comfortable. We only stayed the one night as we flew out the next day and it's very close to the airport, but we will stay longer next time. "
