Arrival- Hotel staff speak very little english at all. One coconut drink given at arrival then rushed to room.
Safe battery died can not open.
Entire front door security lock & handle was loose, then entire door handle came off, tried to charge me 175k, I refused to pay said call your manager.
Wooden door infront of safe was held on by one hinge then fell off.
Safe would not work AGAIN, stuck open this time.
Fan fell apart in family room.
WiFi cuts in & out & makes you resign in constantly, downstairs wifi hardly works at all. Every day..
Almost 24 hours after our front door was changed we got back to our room at 9:30pm and the front door was completely unlocked, opened & closed WITHOUT the pass key just open to EVERYONE anyone could have came in & taken anything for how long.. the entire day we where out?!?! This is extremely BAD!! VERY disturbing!
Again door hasn't locked, very annoyed now has been accessible by anyone --they replaced
Phone in room does not work for anything but room service, I needed to call my bank ASAP as my Visa card is locked, went to front lobby, staff are utter rubbish and don't speak much english at all, front reception lady could NOT figure out how to call anything - absolutely useless & very frustrating, room phone is the same instructions in hotel room guide DO NOT WORK AT ALL.
Asked for a tiny bit extra time as our checkout was 5 hours before
