"Amazing experience! If I had a question or small issue, the team was there to assist promptly. I am so happy that I chose this suite hotel for my Bali stay. They also treat guests to VIP seating for the kecak performance at the mall major plus! I had so much fun. I took lots of pics and videos of the fabulous suite pool and had to partake in the memorable floating bfast experience. "When there was water, it would only dribble, it was cold and dirty coming out into the bath. The breakfast was cold (apart from the yummy omelettes) and the gym had nothing in it compared to what was shown in the pictures."
