The grounds were amazing, pool and swim up bar were excellent (with a great happy hour!!). While the hotel is a little dated, the room was large with a neat little balcony to enjoy the sun. Will stay again - actually we had family staying nearby and they have decided to book this hotel next time instead of their own.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and it won’t be the last. Whilst it might not be the flashiest hotel, it is perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. The staff are always so kind and friendly and willing to help with anything you need. The pool is great with plenty of sun beds and a great little swim up pool bar. I’ll be back for sure.

We had a great time at hotel Nikko benoa, amazing and friendly service always with a smile. Very clean, great pool, beautiful location on beach, lovely locals, good food in and around resort. Would be great if they would add a small playground for children. Otherwise near perfect

Wonderful, will go again

Value for money here is fantastic. Hotel is not brand new but everything functional and good. Bathtub fits entire family, pool and kids club is perfect - even got a fake beach on one side of pool. Breakfast buffet has so much different items. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room with nice view from the balcony. Swimming pool and the beach are excellent place for family time, and watching sunrise. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and check out are swift. Birth cakes in buffet breakfast for my twins are certainly a surprise. Restaurants, massage, convenience store and laundry are just opposite the hotel. Overall good place to stay.

The room was lovely and spacious, the rest of the property is dated and could do with maintenance. The food hall needs a do up and more than one person at the egg station, every morning there is a queue. The pool area looks nice but can do with some outside lounges and a more lively atmosphere. I probably would not book this hotel again. Staff were friendly and helpfull.
