Passable, but I'll stay elsewhere next time

VERY basic.They only take cash but don't tell you that on check-in and there are no ATMs/money exchangers within walking distance. They didn't know how much my room was for one night and had to get hold of the owner and have a lengthy conversation to determine how much I should pay, despite my having reserved it and having a confirmation.
