We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad Bali. The rooms were clean and in great condition. The grounds of the resort were impeccable. The staff were outstanding, so friendly and accommodating to any request. Would highly recommend, it was a perfect stay.

Absolutely amazing very tranquil stunning surroundings excellent staff breakfast buffet so much choice amazing .Our room was fantastic overlooking the pool nice and spacious and clean bed was comfortable pillows were divine absolutely beautiful

Conrad was amazing, its a beautiful and huge beach resort with all the kids friendly amenities. They have special kids menu, kids pool and play area apart from that for Indian food they have a walkable restaurant "Queens of India" and Bali Collection is also near by to get the souvenirs.

My guest travelled 25 hours to Bali and I specifically requested for a spa on the day of our arrival. I wrote to the reservation team twice and they assured me that I do not need to make a reservation and your team will help us upon checking in! And guess what? Your spa was FULLY BOOKED when we checked in and we were all SPEECHLESS!! Absolutely disappointing!
