"Had the pleasure of staying at the TS suites in Seminyak for our 3rd wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much for the staff on hand. Lovely people , great food and rooms , fantastic facilities , close to shopping area and only 10 min walk to the beach bars and fantastic restaurants !!! Highly recommended. "

"We loved it here! The staff are amazing, extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The room was lovely - huge, with a very comfortable bed Great facilities, the rooftop pool and sun beds are great for relaxing. The restaurant food and breakfast are high quality, with plentiful options. Gym was temporarily in the basement but was still useable. The app is also very useful! Location is very central, on one of the main streets, yet it doesn’t feel like it in the hotel, perfect!"

"The hotel/resort lobby is modern and clean. Pool is spacious. Gym sufficient to get a quick workout in. Concierge team is helpful in booking tours and renting motorbikes and suggesting nearby restaurants; glad to hear their recommendations. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from and tasty- that deserves praise. Room flooring may not be the most modern, but all the equipment works well and maintained. Very comfortable bedding and good air conditioning. Ema from front desk was helpful and patient with our inquiries- shoutout to her. "

"The staff at this hotel are great, polite, friendly and have great customer service skills. Could not fault any of them from reception to cleaners to dining staff. We loved the included balinese dress up and Lilak was great and accomodating. The breakfast has a range of asian and western foods.. a big enough spread including eggs cooked to your choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I missed not having a hand towel. The coffee in room was limited, there should be enough for 2 coffees per person and likewise milk as well. 3 bottles of water a day was good. Good location close to great restaurants and beach and transport. Highly recommend"

"We had 2 connecting rooms and it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pools were amazing the included breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Plenty of options for our kids who are picky eaters. The staff were super friendly and Hendra and Bagus were very helpful. No issues with noise like others have mentioned. We did hear frogs and birds. "
