Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.

Extremely disappointing. We arrive and we get told Our will only be ready the following day in the afternoon, and put us in a single room instead. No compensation or anything for the inconvenience. Key cards continuously not working and locking us out. It took maintenance 3 hours to come sort out TV issues, which wasted 3 hours of our day as we were told to wait for the maintenance guy to come. I come to Bali to relax and unwind not to be inconvenienced and push from one problem to another, with no apologies for it. Highly do not recommend this hotel.

    If they assign you to room 1001 ask to be moved straight away, it should only be a storage area not a room that you pay for. I asked to be moved first thing in the morning. They put us into a room next to the pool which was really nice. Only thing I would suggest is taking down the basketball hoop because all you hear from early in the morning is thump, thump, thump until end of day. Also it takes a good 10mins for the water in the shower to get hot. Seeing all the drought around the world it is a massive waste of water. So we pretty much had cold showers every day. Apart from a few of gripes its a lovely place and the food in the restaurant is great.
