Great staff

Found the hotel from a magazine review and booked it for reasons of being a bit special with the design. The stay was refreshing and hotel staff was really helpful and welcoming also breakfast with a la carte eggs menu was one of the best breakis I’ve had! 25 min walk to the beach, got upgrade to something like a 50sqm room. Great recommend for a night or two 👌

Close to the beach. Nice staff.

We stayed in the Sunset Studio. It was amazing. Great views of the ocean and sunset and the swimming pool. The roof top bar was also a fun place to hang out. Breakfast was included and had a great variety and options. We only had a problem with the movie theater. It was very musty and smelled like mildew. My boyfriend had difficulty breathing so we couldn’t stay to watch the movie. I was disappointed because it was such a since set up. Very close to the beach. Great pool.

スタッフの皆さんとてもフレンドリーで素晴らしい対応をしていただきました。綺麗で素敵なお部屋でとてもゆっくり過ごすことができました。朝食は美味しくて見た目も綺麗で 毎日楽しみでした。賑やかな通りから少し入ったところなので暗い道を通りますが、カーチャーターの私たちには全く問題ありませんでした。バリ島に来るときはまた必ずルナ2 に泊まりたいです。

Un endroit à garder secret

J’ai passé 2 nuits dans ce petit hôtel. L’entrÉric est très discrète, juste une grande porte blanche. Lorsqu’on la pousse on pénètre dans un lieu très joliment conçu avec un thème « la lune » et des peintures d’Andy Warol et Roy Lichtenstein notamment. La chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La nourriture est délicieuse. La plage est à 100m environ.

Funky hotel just steps from Seminyak beach with a fantastic rooftop bar. Only a small amount of rooms so it never felt busy or crowded. Cinema was fantastic, but could benefit from a small fitness room.

Excellent stay! September 2019

Nice property, 2 minute walk from the beach. It is a small-ish hotel with only 14 rooms. Each room is uniquely designed and is very spacious.We had a nice view of the beach from the balcony. It is a 15 minute walk to the main shopping / hangout spots or you can take a gojek which is usually less than 2$ for a car. Would recommend if you are looking for a relatively quieter stay with easy access to the beach.

Family feel boutique hotel

Great little boutique hotel, family feeling. Very friendly staff. Great private/quiet pool area. Beach 1min walk. Nice design. Get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Overall great. Highly recommended.

Super confort et calme à 2 pas de la plage

Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage de Seminyak, la chambre que nous avons eue était en fait un appartement, hyper confortable, salle de bain super grande, petite kitchenette, double vitrage, petit déjeuner hyper copieux et très bon, vue depuis le rooftop très chouette et staff hyper gentil et disponible.

Amazing place to stay!

We stayed in a Luna2 as a couple. We absolutely loved the room which was very spacious, modern and kitted out with lots of facilities (even a little area to cook but we did not use this). We did not end up using the cinema or lounge/cafe due to only being there 3 nights and being busy however the bar/cafe look fab! We did not see the cinema. The staff were so helpful and kind. They also allowed us to check out 3 hours late with no questions asked or fee charged. The pool is a full 25m and is great for a proper swim. The location of the resort is a couple of minutes walk from the beach. You’re a good walk (approx 25 mins) from the seminyak market and main strip but the location on the beach is great - not far from doublesix beach where the sunset can be viewed on a beanbag with a cocktail! We didn’t really go into seminyak much and spent most of the time of the beach. Would most definitely recommend luna2 and will be returning if we come back to seminyak!

Hotel was clean and had a great vibe. Rooms are large with very cool décor. Only 3 minute walk to the beach and 5-15 min to restaurants and bars. Bar and restaurant on the roof was nice for sunset and drinks good quality. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Best hotel experience in a long time

Amazingly well done hotel (and I have stayed at a few so I have to compare with...). Everything from service to cleanliness to standard on my really cool room was spotless and I was suprised by the high quality of the food. Some other reviews I have seen complained about the food, but it was the best food I got during my 10 day stay in Bali and I am pretty used to fine dining. Litterally 1 minute to walk to the beach, and the roof terrace was just fantastic. I will for sure bring my wife and come back to Luna2 next time I am in Sminyak.

5 STAR!! Fun, Funky Hotel with BEST STAFF EVER!

THE BEST HOTEL IN ALL OF BALI!! Seriously can’t say enough about this boutique, fun yet quiet hotel right in the mix of Seminyak yet perfectly tucked away from it all near the beach (300 FT) with 5 Star Service, Comfort & Rooms like no other in the area. We ended up booking another 2 WEEKS to stay through the holidays and so glad we did. We moved from a Grand Room to Sunset Room...each had their own person unique touches that made them special in their own way. THE STAFF or should I say LUNA 2 FAMILY is what really makes this boutique a 5 Star. I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and never felt more at home with a family of staff than here at Luna2. We will return one day. ENJOY!!

The location is fantastic (quiet, close to the beach) with a 10 minute walk to many Seminyak points of interest and a free local shuttle. The staff are great and very willing to help. The hotel is very different with an interesting theme. Some of the interiors are slightly dated - e.g. Some of the towels and linen were well worn, but very clean. We were in the Sunset suite which has amazing views, but a slightly odd choice of a retro TV which isn't that great to watch. The cinema and pool are great, and if you plan ahead you can request specific movies - like a private Gold class cinema including drink and food service.

Das Hotel hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen! Die Suite war sehr geräumig und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Ich kann. Nur sagen, dass das Personal eines der nettesten und hilfsbereisten war ich in meinen Reisen so erlebt habe. Einfach nur toll!!!! Das Frühstück war lecker und die Dachterrasse hatte abends einen tollen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang! Preis-/Leistung Top!!!!

Wonderful hotel with above and beyond service

First of all, the hotel design was so unique and interesting - but not in a 'strange' way - that it really made the stay feel more enjoyable. Normally I don't care about these things but the way that every detail was attended to made it really nice and simple. Often this was in little ways - like every light switch being (nicely) labeled or the special "charging station" area with universal outlets - but adding them all together made a big difference. On top of all this was the service. In addition to being very friendly and helpful, in my case they really saved me after I accidentally left my apartment key card with them rather than my hotel key card. Upon getting home in my country and realizing it, I contacted them and they immediately mailed my key card back to me at no hassle or cost. I highly recommend them for anyone except possibly people with small children or walking disabilities, only because the 5 minute walk to the main street is a bit hard to navigate due to its small width / many vehicles / no sidewalk.

Spacy place on the Beach

We were absolutely delighted on arrival at Luna 2. Very modern and very clean Hotel just 50 m from Seminyak beach and close to the vibrant bars and beach clubs. We loved the spacy " lunatic" design and you pick up the Luna- Philosophy immediately. Service is immaculate ! Thanks Luna Team!
