"The service provided by the employees at this property was exceptional. The team provided assistance with airport transfers and transfers to a cruise ship. Email communication was prompt and on the ground service was the best we have received in Europe. The hotel location on the water was safe and convenient short walk to main tourist sites. Restaurant recommendation for dinner was non-touristy, local food and very affordable. This was a great hotel experience -we will definitely return!!"

"The hotel was perfect. The customer service was top level, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's in the perfect location, right beside the arena and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. It's about a 20 minute walk from the main train station (where the airport link bus drops you). I would definitely stay here again."

"I would definitely visit here again. Only tissue is if you want to go out somewhere nice it is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to lake. We walked a lot but the ladies complained about having to walk that far downhill with nice shoes and difficult if raining. It was very difficult to get transportation for dinner. The hotel did not have a shuttle. "

So close and walkable to everything we wanted to see, right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge and plenty of great restaurants and wine bars but on a relatively quiet side street. Staff were amazing and very friendly with each encounter. Our room was spacious and quite comfortable."

"Villa dei cedri Is a unique Place. A thermal water lake located in the middle of a park Is a very peaceful spot to relax while kids enjoy a swim in One of the lakes. Very quiet and great apartments with a private Jacuzzi. We had a great time -only challenge was the heat (unexpected in April) and the a/c was not strong enough to cool the apartment but still pleasant. "The hotel was wonderful, and so quaint. Right on the water and close to several restaurants. The dining area outside was lovely and the breakfast was really delicious. The upgraded room was a bit smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large and we had a view of the canal. The lobby was small, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. "
