Hotel staff are very respectful to all guests and one staff called us to make sure we got all what we need and we’re comfortable during our first 2 days. The only thing I was not pleased was during our last 3-4 days stay when I asked one of the housekeeper for a new clean set of cups/tbs as I need to drink my coffee while doing my computer work, she came with only cups and said that...

"It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. If I go back to Palawan I know where I will stay. Worth a visit and you'll see why, plus the food and breakfast is incredible not to mention the rooftop bar and beautiful swimming pool. "
