"Well placed, it is clear this used to be a luxurious hotel. Some features point to that. The rest, the details that make a good night sleep, a great shower, are cheap , tacky or simply put in place with their price in mind, not the customer's comfort. First night, we barely slept. The cushions were super hard and they'd covered the bed in two sets of plastic protectors making it the loudest and most uncomfortable mattress. "Stayed at Villa Carlotta for 4 night in September and it was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is in beautiful and in a safe area a 10 minute walk to Boboli Gardens and the old city. Parking available on site. "

"The location of the property is amazing. Major attractions are in walking distance. It has parking spot which was a great relief for us. On top of that, the property was so peaceful and comfortable. The best part of our stay was the host. She was super nice and helpful. My wife was not feeling well in the morning and she allowed us to use her space until she gets better. She helped a lot while she was recovering. One of the best stay I have ever had."

"Positive points : internal parking but limited and your car may be blocked by other residents Well equipped rooms the furniture was like 5 stars hotels . Negative points: The AC doesn't work properly, it was really hot there . The lady that did the check in knocked our door strongly and told me that i have change the parking of my car i understand but she spoke loudly with me and this was really disrespectful from her . "
