"A traditional Italian hotel. Lots of dark wood. Staff very friendly. Breakfast view of the Duomo is stunning. Fair buffet breakfast. Roof top terrace bar. Not quite enough staff. Brilliant shower, always loads of hot water. WiFi is virtually non existent. They know this and nothing is done.
