"The stay it's self was great. Clean rooms, accessible, good location. However, the reservations team leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived early morning (2am) after being caught in the Dubai Floods, no luggage, over tired etc, so when I booked the room online, it had already clicked over to the next day, I tried to change my booking to the actual night I was there, however they were inflexible and would not support me in a simple movement. I was required to book an additional night....

"Front desk service is excellent. They are very helpful and able to address any issues encountered promptly. The vicinity of the property is excellent as it is at the center of the financial district. Raffles Place MRT station is just beside the hotel, which connects you to multiple buildings and restaurants via underground passageways."

"Staff were great. In particular, our bags were delayed at the aiport. The staff made great suggestions on where to go shopping. They checked in with us via WhatsApp, and confirmed that the bags had arrived and arranged for them to be delivered to our room. Location is a little out of the downtown area, but has great nearby restaurants, and the MRT is quick and easy to use to get around. "

"This is a very clean, spacious property. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast on weekdays was more than adequate. The only negative is that it is not within easy walking distance from shops. However, it is only a 5 minute walk to a bus stop that can take one all the way downtown. Our son took a dip in the infinity pool but commented that the water was rather warm. Since the heat index was in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit daily the pool was still a welcome respite."

"We’re familiar with Singapore so an aparthotel slightly off the main drag worked for us. Easy to walk to the subway or bus stop, plus Fraser Suites offers a shuttle service. Efficient well-stocked kitchen for meals in. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Separate desk from the kitchen table kept work stuff away from food prep. Tub and shower, plenty of bathroom space to share. Quiet. Loved the walk along Alexandra Canal to Clarke Quay. Saw otters in the canal!"

"Great value for money: comfortable, clean, spacious, great views. Fixtures a little tired but still in good condition. We liked that it wasn't central. Convenient for MRT and buses. Usual dining options downstairs and hawker unit just over the road. Very quiet at weekends. Some, but not all, units closed. Staff super helpful and friendly. They found and delivered a vase to our room within five minutes of being asked. It would be our first choice should we return to Singapore again. Great...

"Great location from which to explore Singapore. Short walk to Fort Canning Metro. Great food options on site, else walk to Robertson Quay or Clarke Quay. Very spacious apartments, well appointed, great pool and gym on site."

"The apartment is spacious, clean with very comfy beds. We could have done with some more cups and cutlery though. Breakfast was different every day and catered for many different cultures. However, what made this apartment outstanding were the people. From the beautiful cleaning lady with a big smile on her face to the security guards, all were so friendly and happy!! The vibe of the place created by staff was unbelievable great!"

"Its old, sofa is chewed up. 2 bedroom spacious the beds and aircon are good. Walking to shopping and foot massage is close. Traffic can be noisy for light sleepers. I heard they were going to renovate look forward to the new place. Hope the post on website if they are indeed going to renovate it can be noisy."
