“Looking forward to going back again”
The hotel was perfect for our needs an the staff were very friendly an helpful. The hotels location was fantastic being only minutes away from the habour an easy access to the airport an outer suburbs. There is also a good variety of food outlets and pubs on the same street an buses pass by regularly. Overall a very ideal place to stay for a little getaway.

“haven inn a litel haven with family atmoshire will be back”
although not the newest premesiss it is a 3 1/2 star with a 5 star service only to happy to meet any needs required love the friendly family atmoshire of the place :) could not of been better looked after. staff only to happy to help with the bags clean rooms with comffy beds well appointed would be happy to stay again anytime and recomend it to friends looking for a place to stay on a budget but want quality the location is also second to none pleanty of places to eat close by with in walking distance as is the light rail station cant wait to go beck and stay again, only too happy with the overall feel of the place

“Will be back”
Recently stayed at this hotel for three nights to attend a conference nearby. Chose it for location and price. Read all the reviews on-line and was a bit apprehensive given the many negative (and some positive) reviews. Management upgraded me to a room with balcony when I realised that my booking had no balcony. Was not charged extra. Was extremely pleased with the friendly and helpful attitude of management and staff during my stay. Room was very clean and tidy and cleaned daily. Furniture and carpet a bit worn, but at the price I paid cannot complain. Location is great as it is easy to take bus or metro to central Sydney. Street hotel is in has many excellent restaurants and cafes. Definitely will stay here agian on return trips to Sydney.

Great position close to buses to city, fantastic cafe across the road. Bottle shop nearby. Only downside was that the room smelt of smoke. They do have a non smoking policy which was obviously ignored by previous guest. Problem was fixed when staff installed a machine that absorbed the smell. Good value hotel, would stay there again.
“place to lay my head”
Very clean, friendly staff but a tired looking hotel, frayed carpet o stairs and a chair in my room with worn out upholstery nad filling visible. Also part of a cupboard missing. No lift, but liked the safe. Would recommend to some of my frieneds but not all. It supposedly had a 3.5 star rating, more like 2.5
“good location”
Excellent location; very clean, friendly staff, good size swimmimg pool. The only negative being traffic/buses noise however this calms down circa 11pm but buses start circa 6.30am, their engines loud as they turn the Glebe corner. If you can live with this a great place to stay. Glebe point with Bridge views just a short walk. Take the regular local buses or tram in to city/circular key/markets/central station. Superb local Fish & Chip shop; roasted chicken bar; oriental etc; good pub & local shops for provisions. Half hour taxi from airport.
“Good value for money”
Enjoyed this modest hotel. Staff friendly. Room fine. Interesting coffee, eating and bookshops in surrounding street.
“Basic hotel, just what was required”
Didn't need anything too flash, just a nice, secure room with the basics. This is what I got and I wasn't disappointed. There was a strong cigarette smoke in the lobby area, but this was well away form the room. Nice swimming pool. Desk staff were very helpful.
