"I highly recommend The Hotel Royal Victoria - Ex British Embassy, Tunis, Tunisia, for any foreign traveler, not because it is centrally located (next to the Medina) and tour companies frequent this area, not because it is an historically important landmark, not because there are local restaurants within walking, not because all the internal woodworking - doors, ceilings, furniture was updated and all are hand painted by local Tunisian craftsman, not because of the fabulous breakfast buffet, but because of the STAFF! Day and Night managers; Omar, Omaima, Ladfe, Security; Mohammed and the two Ladies who create the breakfast Buffet, all are sincerely interested in providing all services that will assist you during your stay and in your travels.
